David Hughes ejected from the meeting for exceeding the 3 minute limit by 21 seconds. Yes, you read that correctly. Watch John Cusatis (chairperson) have me removed from the meeting for exceeding the 3 minute time limit by approximately 21 seconds. This is inline with his and John Grangers attempts at suppressing public opinion and township information from the the residents. Granger recently admitted he made everyone wait 35 days for right to know requests because he wanted to treat everyone equal. Now you see John Cusatis suppressing public comments....does going over the limit by 21 seconds justify throwing anyone out of a public meeting? I hope to ask the state of Pennsylvania this very question. They ask for public participation and the publics opinion then shut us down. (re; at  the meeting they present a public survey that I find questionable) 

You can watch many of my videos of other meetings and see that this arbitrary  3 minute time limit is ignored for most other people making public comments. Interesting meeting, many issues, some very unusual moments. Reading the draft minutes for this meeting I feel like I was at a different meeting altogether. The minutes in many places do not reflect what was said. 

Watch the 1st public comment section, first Joe Staub speaks, Cusatis listens intently, then I speak and Cusatis is fumbling around, looking here, looking there, writing, anything but listening to my comments. If you see what I see, childish behavior, juvenile, adolescent behavior unbecoming someone who should be a role model. His behavior is an insult to all Exeter residents. 

During the second public comment hear Vinnie Biancone claiming that by simply moving my lips I was calling him an idiot? Why would I do that? But wait, Mrs. Cusatis claims she heard my lips moving...imagine that? 

Then, hear me ask the board to REMOVE CUSATIS as chairman of the Board.

At the very end of the public comment listen to the gentleman who reports that a vendor was selling sex toys at the fall festival.....Cusatis say he knows about this vendor from May Day ....how did he possibly get to work the Fall Festival?

It appears that the one time supervisor (resigned in March of 2019) and Chairperson of the board of Exeter Supervisors has never paid her "Per Capita" tax required by every person who lives in Exeter Township 18 years of age or older. How did she evade paying this tax? The home she live in, which she claimed to be the homeowner is actually owned by a Real Estate Syndicate called RD PP Llc registered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Supposedly the tax collector had no knowledge that Vanderlaan and her significant other lived at this property. On her "Statement of Financial Interest" Vanderlaan claims she is an investor in this property. 

Please note who is at this meeting, John Granger, the township manager, Lisa Vanderlaan, Vice Chair, John Cusatis supervisor and in the audience Vinnie Biancone (the shiny head). Fast forward to Oct. 2019, they are all on the Board of Supervisors and obviously know about the evasion of taxes by Vanderlaan and refuse to take action. They claim it's up  to the tax collector. Shouldn't they pursue legal charges and inform the tax collector of these oversights? We should send her a bill for 2019 and we can go back 5 years for the rest. As you know 67% goes to the school.

This video is about Jeff Anderton and his questioning of a private citizen. The participates have been before the board months before. The board did little if anything. They certainly did not solve the issue. Two neighbors, one has teenage kids riding two stoke engine dirt bikes, they make a lot of noise and they ride very close to the neighbor’s house. Anderton should be using this time to collect facts but instead he seems to be trying to solve the problem right there and at that moment. Collect facts and information and investigate the possibilities. Prior to this discussion the board approved a noise study, so this line of questioning was unnecessary. A noise ordinance is the way to fix this problem. But a $15,000 study is not necessary. That is why in my opinion because of their inexperience they are re-creating the wheel so to speak. All this is just my opinion of course.

Watch as Biancone emphatically states "NO" to the consideration of removing John Cusatis as Chairperson and Jeff Anderton thanks Cusatis for all he has done for our community....these two are running for election on Nov. 5th, we need change, but these two support Cusatis who has stated Lisa Vanderlaan is his mentor. IF you agree that we need change...these two are not the road to change.

Extracted from the Oct. 14th 2019 supervisors meeting a call to remove Mr. Cusatis as Chairperson for his strange and outrageous behavior toward private citizens. He should be removed for his vile and uncalled for comments in social media, the online Reading Eagle and during the Supervisors publicly held meetings. This is no way for an elected official be behave and he disgraces our community by his immature and intimidating tactics towards our residents. Voting for Biancone and Anderton will keep him in power. Act this Nov. 5th and vote for Kircher, Galtere and Staub. Change the environment in our community. 

Please watch as I walk up to the mic to begin my public comments and Vinnie Biancone and Mrs. Cusatis accuse me of calling Vinnie an idiot by mouthing the words/moving my lips. Complete attempt at intimidation and humiliation. Most bizarre is Mrs. Cusatis stating she heard it, she heard my lips moving? This is our board and our community leaders!

You will hear me discuss the budget, the lack of presentation concerning the restaurant and the banquet facilities. I attended all three budget meetings and no budget for these facilities were discussed. Will it be sold before year end? I speak about the large budget deficits in 2015, 2106, 2017 and 2018. The historical spending trend is essential in setting budgets for the next year, but they were never, ever mentioned. Nor was anything mentioned about the 2019 current activity. Where I know we have actual spending exceed budget for one-line item over 3,000%. That’s right 3,000%.

I discuss the rumor of bonus money that will be paid to Granger and Ed Gillette, President of EEMA. Rumor has it $100,000 each, hear Cusatis say it’s a lie and I should stop passing this rumor around(I heard it, not started it)…so we will see any rewards they get, note: Jeff Anderton laughing like this is some kind of joke.

I ask about the sunshine act class they all were to take after the major violation they got away with. Cusatis on the board for over 3 years claims he doesn’t know enough about this law. Well, they have taken the class, let’s hope they now understand the law.

Hear me ask them to remove Cusatis as Chairperson of the board for behaving unbecoming an elected official. We know he has intimidated and attempted to humiliate private citizens on social media, in the online Reading Eagle and in the Supervisors meeting. He has been warned by other supervisors but continues intimidating and humiliating the public. I presented evidence of this to the board. Finally, I discuss the $1 million loss in the police pension fund, its real and it happened in 2018 see the audited financial statements.

Mr. Galtere is presenting great news about charity contributions made by the ERCCP and organization with 240 people who want the Reading Country Club to remain the great asset it was and can be again. Watch as Mr. Cusatis. interrupts repeatedly while Greg is speaking. This is a common occurrence at the meetings during the public comment periods. Gregg Galtere is running for the two year seat against Jeff Anderton, we endorse Gregg Galtere, a retired school principle, intelligent , mature and capable. Please give him your vote on Nov. 5th
