Many good comments by attending citizens and overwhelmingly for keeping, restoring and operating the Clubhouse and the Golf course.
 
During the course of this video I maintained eyes on the supervisors and their involvement and actions. You should note that only two supervisors took notes: MS. Kircher and Mr. Galtere.
 
Watch as John Cusatis looking at his watch, looking at his phone, interrupting speakers, interjecting comments, smiling and laughing tapping his hands/fingers in boredom. Our community deserves much better.
 
It is important to also note that High Associates contacted 7,200 potential suitors for the golf course and country club. Only 3 serious replies. However, feedback was obtained which indicated that potential interested parties felt the facilities, both the golf course and the clubhouse were too rundown. Our supervisors have not fulfilled their obligations to maintain township assets. Make sure you let them know how you feel about this.
 
This is one of the statutory requirements of each supervisor enumerated in the 2nd class township code. They have not met those requirements

Watch the behavior of Cusadist and Mr. Speece as they prepare to shut me down.

A new concept is introduced by Mr. Speece called cumulative comment time. Is he suggesting that between the Agenda Comment period and the Open public comment period should be combine? Limited to 3 minutes?

The continued attempts to prevent or limit myself and others who have relevant complaints and criticism of an inept government continue, is the old regime still in charge? It appears to be.

 In this meeting you will see the board approve minutes that remain uncorrected. The worse one is the Jan. 13th meeting Solicitors report, in the video( only available here) the solicitor reports the board is being investigated by the DA's office, in the minutes, they refuse to report this information even after the new supervisors directed the staff to make changes, they simply refused. 

The Golf report is now extremely significant since the township in now controlled by the golfing faction.

Right to know Requests discussed and have removed the names of the requestors. This makes this report somewhat irrelevant for its original intention was to intimidate the requestors. I predict this report will soon stop being reported to the public. 

The rude and obnoxious behavior continues with Cusadist and the chairman continues to allow it: (This behavior can only exist where others continue to support this very rude and ugly behavior)

Watch during the second comment period as I discuss several issues including the lack of ethics among our board (see. start at 1:52:42). Pay close attention to the Cusadist as he exhibits his obnoxious behavior and clearly unhappy as I present my comments. You will hear him to tell me multiple times to sit down, watch as he looks to Speece and nods as they continue to prevent me and limit by comment period. I can speak in the meeting or here on this platform. The point is, nothing will change as long as Mr. Speece is Charman and the Cusadist is allowed to run his mouth. 

Has anyone aside form myself noticed that the Cusadist rarely if at all lends anything to the discussion, he can motion and 2nd a motion but rarely carries on an intelligent discussion.
