"The more you tell lies about me, the more we'll tell the truth about you."
In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: The following is from Exeter Dictator Gardella today -- honestly this so concerning - this imbecile needs professional help! (and probably medication). The original email I sent to McBride requesting information to actually do my job (something none of Gardella and his Illiterate candidates Bell and Vollmer are incapable of) can be read here. Dave - Per the motion passed on 4-10-23, any request from a supervisor other than those dealing with liaison responsibilities for admin staff response is to be routed through me. Since you have no liaison responsibilities (note that these roles were removed from you in your role as supervisor when the board passed the resolution to censure you in June of 2022.) You can make any request for information, and I will evaluate it with the appropriate staff and respond. This does not represent any limitation to your duties as a supervisor, as I will respond to all of your requests for information. With respect to your requests below: 1 Calendar of events for the RCC - As per the RHM agreement, this is a mandatory requirement. It is not mandatory that this calendar be provided to you. Our admin staff are working closely with RHM on events, and you can certainly go to the website, www.readingcoultryclub.com and click on the events tab to see upcoming events. To suggest that you MUST review this calendar would be to suggest that you should be involved in the day-to-day management of the township, which is not your role as supervisor. 2 One-year contract for the Township Manager for 2023. You may file a Right to Know Request for this contract. The contract was approved at a previous meeting by the board majority. You have had access to the contract since the January 23rd meeting, as well as the placement agreement with KMS since the February 13 meeting. These documents have been provided to you as well as to the public. To continue to imply that you do not have access to these documents is false. 3 Copies of contracts executed by RHM on behalf of Exeter Township. You are not entitled to the contracts between RHM and their customers. They provide invoices to us as required by our contract. 4 Solicitor's invoices from the 4/10/23 meeting for Tucker and partial for Schnee legal service, without redactions. Your request for unredacted invoices has been answered. Due to your previous violations of the Board's Attorney Client Privilege, and upon advice of counsel, you have been provided with the partially redacted invoices to ensure that you will not violate privilege again. See the video from the 4-10-23 meeting if your memory needs to be refreshed. 5 Treasurer's Report - Kindly provide a report for the period ending 3/31/23. This report can be generated at any time. This will be provided to you at the same time that it is provided to all supervisors, in time for our next meeting Theodore (Ted) Gardella Exeter Township Supervisor Here's my unapologetic response: absolutely do not let a bully roam free, particularly when they're plagued by power-hungry, delusional fantasies and glaring mental inadequacies. Once again, that pathetic, delusional narcissist of a supervisor, Ted Gardella, is on a power trip! He's single-handedly denying an elected official the information they have every right to, thinking he's somehow enforcing his useless motion from Monday. This is a clear violation of the law and utterly unenforceable! You better believe that his disgusting harassment and bullying won't break me, you insufferable idiot! I WILL NEVER RESIGN. I'll keep exposing your sick, twisted games, retaliation, malicious slander, and harassment for the entire world to witness. Just try and stop me! I DO NOT USUALLY SPEAK SO HARSHLY OF ANYONE. YET HERE WE ARE: ENOUGH OF THE SICKOS. Above, I was asking for information that I feel I needed to review as part of my job as Supervisor (again, you can read the original email I sent this morning here). What Bell and Vollmer are allowing to happen is an insult to our whole community. I hope you feel as I do and act accordingly: the motion Gardella refers to above was specifically designed to affect only me. Twisted and despicable attempt to destroy democracy and educated, reasonable debate. Please support me in my efforts, I told you when I asked you for your vote in 2021 that I would not abandon you when they attacked me...I have kept my word, now I need your support! Dave Hughes. "The more you tell lies about me, the more I'll tell the truth about you" Reminder: SUPERVISOR DAVE HUGHES IS NOT A CANDIDATE. I AM ELECTED AND IN OFFICE UNTIL 2028.

In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: The picture on the left is the township managers financial handout for monies generously provided by RHM LLC (James Boscov). This list of dates and numbers tell us nothing. What was our percentage of participation, 25% or 15%? This is the first reporting of any financial info related to the RHM LLC and the taxpayers. Does it make sense to you? It looks like dates and numbers to me but tells me NOTHING!
Look at the picture on the right side. I put this together over the weekend. Now this tells me something. All the numbers presented on this document have listed the sources from which they came. You can go to the township website and find each document and the number that is presented here. What I am showing you is the total amount for the last six months: October 2022 to the end of March 2023. Notice (1) is the total amount that we have received from RHM LLC and (2) is the amount that RHM LLC has received and these two added give us the total amount generated by the activities at the RCC. With all things considered, we receive a very small amount (17%) while RHM LLC takes the bulk at 83%. We carry ALL costs and RHM incurs zero costs related to the RCC clubhouse. Resulting in $24,000 for the taxpayer and $115,000 for RHM LLC. Our budget for 2023 indicates receipts of $125,000 and at the current rate 83%/17% additional sales would have to be $594,000.? In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: Gardella replies to my request to Betsy McBride to provide un-redacted Invoices for the $60,000 in legal fees. This is Mary/Betsy McBride answer to my request below. My request was only to her as manager to provide readable legal invoices. McBride decides to share this with George Bell, Ted Gardella, Kircher and Schnee. She claims she is concerned about her personal safety? Is this rational thinking? My request is clear and to the point concerning the redacted invoices that I will be required to approve for payment. How can I approve payments for charges I am unable to review. This is the third time I have had to deal with this issue.
