"The more you tell lies about me, the more we'll tell the truth about you."
A special letter from John Cusatis directly to me!!! Accuses me of criminal activity. 12/9/19 video will exonerate me. This is continuous harassment, intimidation, libel, slander, and infliction of emotional distress. Read this letter carefully. Watch the video 1:36:06 to see the criminal act Cusatis claims against me. Read my blog below. If you can attend the meeting and support me. My response to Mr Cusatis and the Board of Supervisors of Exeter Township:
Please to all interested in this matter: Is this from the Board? Or from the Cusadist? Not quite sure. Most of this is of course complete nonsense. This is the perspiration from a delusional and paranoid mind. If you have been following me and my efforts you know I have been providing information supported by documents regarding the actions/activities of this Board of Supervisors. My primary focus is to involve the public and inform the public. This document should be questioned as to its true purpose? How much have the taxpayers paid for this superfluous document? (legal fees) This is simply another attack by this Board to divert attention from them to me. The attack dogs, Biancone and Cusadist make every attempt to discredit what I have to say. What should be of interest to you is what Mr. Granger told us about his relationship with Delaware Valley Trust. He was on their Board years ago and as far as I can tell never publicly provided this information to our community, no memorandum as required or announcements at public meeting when DV is discussed. We are providing $100,000's of dollars transferred into these trusts monthly. A disclosure should have been made concerning Mr. Granger's association with Delaware Valley Trust organizations. It is difficult to understand how and why he is still working in this township after all of the issues exeterunited has revealed. In Monday 12/23/19 meeting they will adopt the "Homestead Exemption" regardless of anything I can say to them. The budget is unbalanced, it projects a deficit spending of about $1.8 million dollars. This will be covered by the sewer proceeds. Like a drug, we have a budget that relies heavily on these sewer funds. What happens when all the money is gone? ( I project 5 years) We will have developed the habit of spending more then we take in, with the reserve money gone we can expect large tax increases. How high? We are currently at about 3.5 mills (very reasonable) and the board can take us up to 14 mills. The establishment of this "Homestead Exemption (act)" is irresponsible considering we have projected a large budget deficit. You decide! David Hughes

Mr. Galtere is presenting great news about charity contributions made by the ERCCP and organization with 240 people who want the Reading Country Club to remain the great asset it was and can be again. Watch as Mr. Cusatis. interrupts repeatedly while Greg is speaking. This is a common occurrence at the meetings during the public comment periods. Gregg Galtere is running for the two year seat against Jeff Anderton, we endorse Gregg Galtere, a retired school principle, intelligent , mature and capable. Please give him your vote on Nov. 5th
Mr. Cusatis, Board Chairperson for Exeter Township, denies knowing about the $7 million moved out of our sewer fund to the General Fund. This $7 million was the proceeds from sewer connections and earnings from years ago for the purpose of maintaining the sewer plant. The plant fell into disrepair and neglected by the board of supervisors. Now, they are selling it to Pa. American Water company for $93.5 million dollars. Some contend that this transfer of $7 million from the sewer fund is illegal. It should remain in the fund until the sale is final, then the $7 million should be used to pay off any existing bonds from the original issue. Any remaining funds should be paid back to the sewer customers along with any other monies at the dissolution of the sewer fund. Mr. Cusatis claims the auditor explains the transfer which occurred in 2018. The auditor merely comments that it occurred: no other explanation was provided. Mr. Cusatis has never offered an explanation as to why he doesn't know where the $7 million came from or if he illegally transferred these funds from the Sewer Fund. Mr. John Granger, the township manager made the transfer without any apparent approval by the Board of Supervisors.
