The following is my opinion concerning issues related to this video that we should consider:
Any one and everyone who lives in Exeter Township must watch this video.  Why? You will see our township manager John Granger discuss his proposal to spend the proceeds of the sale of the Waste Water Treatment plant. We will have over $80 million available to benefit our community. The problem we face is that we have  5 supervisors who have no clue as to how to manage this money. Worse, we have a township manager who is ethically challenged. Recall, he misappropriated $1.9 million while working as the township manager in Towamencin Township. He is anxious to transfer our money under the control of the Delaware Valley Trust, an organization that we think he has some sort of connection.  We have a situation where the supervisors suppress participation from the public, intimidate the few who attend the meetings and dare to ask questions, aggressively attack in the social media anyone who disagrees with them and pursues a program of actions to demean and discredit private citizens. These are not mere allegations, we have minutes and video to support these observations. They are close to obtaining what they have worked for since Lisa Vanderlaan and John Granger obtained control of our community. Control of township owned properties and this huge windfall we will soon have in our accounts from the sale of the WWTP.  We must be very careful with this money, we must guard it and protect it from misuse. If properly managed it could do significant things for our community. Not by this board of supervisors and not by this questionable manager. How does he continue to work for us?

Three supervisors support his actions and we should ask why? First of course is John Cusatis, Chairperson, a cruel, sick, and vindictive individual, he is not very smart and he is implementing the Vanderlaan plan, he has made it clear that she has been his mentor, he supports John Granger completely. 

Vincent Biancone running for election in November, he seems like a nice guy outside of the board meetings but he has difficulty comprehending complex issues. We will show video that conclusively will show this, for example his defense of Lisa Vanderlaan not paying her taxes. Vinnie was never elected to the board, he was nominated and placed on the board to fill the position of an elected supervisor who resigned. Lisa Vanderlaan and Cusatis chose him knowing he would support their plans. He is in video defending and supporting our ethically challenged township manager.  Biancone is running for 1 of two 6 year seats. We endorse Michelle Kircher and Joe Staub for these two seats. 

Jeff Anderton, also a choice of Cusatis and Biancone. With very little experience he was also nominated to fill the seat of Lisa Vanderlaan after she resigned earlier this year. He has little public service experience and it shows in how he interacts with the public.  He is extremely aggressive and I have seen him attack private citizens, (one who attended her first meeting and dared criticize his mentor, John Cusatis) and we will show you that video as well. Mr. Anderton will be running against Greg Galtere in November for the two year seat vacated by Vanderlaan. WE SUPPORT AND ENDORSE Greg Galtere FOR THIS POSITION. (two year seat)

The purpose of our discussion regarding the coming election should be made clear. It is possible that the monies we will receive from the sale of the WWTP will not become available until after the new year. This could be very much in our favor if we can get Michelle Kircher, Gregg Galtere and Joe Staub elected. If we fail and Biancone and Anderton are elected we can expect more of the poor government that we have experienced for the last 5 years.
