Supervisors Speece and Cusatis along with Jen Savage want you to think this money was misappropriated. It was not! This opinion piece explains the truth
about this money. It exposes the lies told by Speece, Cusatis and Savage!

EXTRACT FFROM NOV. 23 MEETING SEE "SHOW MORE" START @ 0:01 Public Comment:$2.7 million, I provide 4 slides for supporting evidence and then you will hear the supervisors version of events. I contend the General Fund owes the RCC $2.7 million, ( actually much more than that) Mrs. Savage says I have it backwards. You decide. Savage, Speece and Cusatis claim Misappropriation, I say misapplication. Huge difference as you will hear.

12-17-2020 around late afternoon two (2) Exeter Twp. trucks with snow plows cleared 100% of the Old Promenade Mall. The "ONLY"
business are the auto place and dry cleaner. I guess the Government of Exeter Twp. DOESN"T know the 2nd Class Act and
Tom Howell's Opinion you have wasted Exeter Twp. Taxpayers Money. Please state who in the Exeter Twp. Government OK"D
plowing 100% of the Promenade parking lot. I expect a reply.
Tom Howell sent the Exeter Government that E-Mail these are
hard times and the people of Exeter Twp, DO Not need our
money wasted. The Old Promenade BELONGS to the people
