McBride MANAGER? COSTLY MOVE1/7/2023 In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township:
Hiring Betsy McBride will cost the taxpayers over $500,000 in salary and fines paid for breaching a contract to her current employer, KMS, a contract reviewed by Schnee and signed by Bell. That's right: over $500,000. As a matter of fact, have a closer look at the screenshot above that discusses the cost we incur in the event the township chose to poach contractor Betsy McBride, within 3 years of the current KMS contract: we (us, the Exeter Townships taxpayers) "will pay 20% of her new annual salary OR 3 times amount paid pursuant to this engagement, which ever is greater" This means: Since the agreement was back dated to May 16 by Schnee (to obfuscate other irregularities I will discuss in a separate note) and assuming "amount paid pursuant to this engagement" is around $140,000 (to date). we are on the hook to pay Keystone Municipal Solutions 3 times that amount .... and that is about $420,000. Add in the $110,000 salary, our first year cost for Betsy McBride will cost the taxpayers $530,000!!!! We have 17 resumes from local Exeter Township who have expressed an interest and applied to the Township Manager's job in 2022 - all completely ignored by the gardella clique - I have not reviewed all of profiles, that said I did look at a few and we have a few resumes that I believe would be excellent candidate alternatives for the position. What's going on here? #quid-pro-quo

In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: PRESSURES AND ATTACKS FROM FOUR SUPERVISORS, INTERIM MANAGER AND NOW THE SOLICITOR.....JUST A COINCIDENCE?
This one came out of left field! Last I checked I am an elected supervisor. Yet, here I see our solicitor attacking me.....didn't I vote to hire him? Yes., I did. He sort of works for me doesn't he? Still learning how all this convoluted political stuff works. Don't lose hope folks. I still think common sense will win out. The three renegade supervisors (will call them the TRIAD) are creating havoc with our money, our budget and our future. The RCC giving away 75% of the Revenue...you all know this makes no sense. Increasing spending creating a $2.2 million dollar deficit and no discussion of cutting costs and no tax increases for 9 years. I think you all know what will eventually happen? Somewhere down the road we run out of money and will see huge tax increase's instead of small annual increase's plus issues of expensive bond debt. This board never evaluated the $45 million in reserves, I say they are pretty much already committed. We have no play money to play with. These three (the TRIAD) come up for election next year, if you want your township run properly and have solid financial footing do not vote for Gardella, Vollmer and Bell. Thank you. In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: Standing (Ms. McBride) in front of my laptop which has a display of this site: exeterunited.com , as you know this site is not for profit or as Tucker Hull law firm solicitor Chad Schnee seemed to suggest for pecuniary purposes. If he took the time to speak to me or visit my site he would see there is no advertising and no charge to access this site. Supervisor Vollmer made a motion and it was passed by the board to disallow (Defrain in Vollmer's words) from display of political paraphernalia. There is no indication that this site is political, but so what if it is? Are they violating my 1st amendment rights? Just so you know it goes much deeper than that! I am providing Exeter residents with my insight from a supervisors point of view. It is for the residents of Exeter Township! Here in this short video clip which is only part of Ms. McBride standing and swaying to and fro to hide my sign, contributing to the current group think and nefarious actions of the Triad and our two contractors. Our Solicitor, Mr. Schnee from Tucker Hull Law Firm has sent me a Cease and Desist Letter which I will be sharing with all of you soon enough. I get hit from all sides on a regular basis by the group think that exists from the Supervisors, the solicitor and the interim manager. The terrible things she says about me in her reports to the board are very unfair. Is it her job to make derogatory and inflammatory remarks about me to other supervisors and staff? I guess she is only doing her part to damage my character and credibility. But don't you believe it!!! Here in this video Ms. McBride stood in-front of my sign for about 9 minutes. What are they trying to do? What are they afraid of? The information about Gardella making threatening remarks to a resident? (see previous post here) OR is she simply contributing here part of the "nefarious actions" Mr. Schnee mentions in his cease & desist letter.
How does this look to our public? To our county? I find it so incredibly rude and adolescent. McBride and Keystone Management Solutions should be fired for her actions, not just this one incident but I have a list that is growing.....be assured Keystone Management Solutions will not be fired if the Triad and Tucker Hull attorney Chad Schnee have any say in these things. Keystone Management Solutions will receive some where around $300,000 on an annual basis and when they leave, in my opinion we will be no better off. As you all know, this is my blog and these ae my opinions. Thanks for watching and listening. WE SHOULD BE LOOKING AT THE 17 ESUMES WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM LOCAL RESIDENTS AND FIND OUR PERMANENT MANAGER! Again, just my opinion. In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: An unelected interim Supervisor is caught referencing shooting comments against a resident in Exeter Township.
In today's society with violence getting out of hand, Supervisor Gardella made flippant comments in reference to a gun dual suggested on social media between Supervisor Gardella and Mr. Ruoff, Supervisor Gardella responded "1 2 3 Fire" and "Fire at Will" referring to the former Chairmen of the Vacancy committee. Supervisor Gardella started action to remove Mr. Jim Ruoff as the Vacancy board chairmen for no reason. In discussions between Mr. Ruoff and Supervisor Gardella it became clear Supervisor Gardell'a reasoning was that he feared that if a situation arose where the Vacancy Chairmen would be required to make a choice, Mr. Ruoff would pick a candidate that Supervisor Hughes would favor or the Candidate would Favor Supervisor Hughes positions. Obviously, Supervisor Gardella (interim) wants his person in there to support and solidify his total control over the township. The letter above was provided to all the five supervisors but they have failed to address the issue or to take any actions. Chairmen of the Board Supervisor George Bell could have put it on the agenda several times since the date of the letter, Supervisor Bell was involved in the removal of the comments after speaking with Supervisor Gardella. It appears he has tried to suppress it in hopes it will go away. Currently in the Reading school district they are dealing with increased violence, including gun violence and to have a community leader to suggest any type of gun play is reckless and negligent. WHO RUNS EXETER TOWNSHIP?9/24/2022 In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: CAN YOU BELIEVE WHO IS PLANNING OUR FUTURE? JP MASCARO'S LAWYER? This meeting is close to the beginning of the planning Nexus for the development of the township, the township center and the river front community is discussed in more detail. Note: there were 3 supervisors at this meeting at a time when only 4 supervisors on the board. This was an illegal meeting which violated the Sunshine Act and it went unreported. This meeting displays many interesting issues and positions of people that has in my opinion cost the taxpayers enormous amounts of wasted money. Note: In my opinion Mr. Mascaro's mouth piece William Fox chairs what he called a ad-hoc committee which is determining our townships future. UNBELIEVABLE!!. Making motion to boot! In my opinion this is literally putting the "Fox" in charge of the Hen house. IN MY OPINION.
In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township: It is difficult to understand why the township management is providing a video of this meeting where it is missing over 15 minutes at the beginning. I provided the township with a copy of the video shown above to provide the residents and for historical purposes the complete meeting. I was told the board must approve replacing an edited video with an unedited video. More management issues that absorb energy and time and of what purpose? What was missing you ask?
First and foremost my taking the oath of office with newly elected Judge of the Common Pleas, Court Judge Tina Boyd. Also missing is the discussion on electing the chairman of the Board and the Vice Chairman. You will see the results are that we have a chairman and a Vice chairman who have not been elected, but appointed by the former REGIME. A Regime that has seen a supervisor, Mr. David Speece resign in disgrace allegedly suborning fraud. Then, the chairman at the time, Greg Galtere running off to North Carolina to be with his parents. No problem, but he should have resigned as Chairman. Instead, he called in a few times, left before the meeting was over, did not participate in a budgeting process that has ended up in disarray and then went on two personal diatribes in separate meetings attacking a current supervisor (Kircher) and me long before I took the oath...one for over 10 minutes. So even though we just had an election, the UNELECTED are running the township while those elected sit around the table, not as Chairman, not as Vice Chairman. Watch this video and you will see how this could happen. You won't see it in the Township's edited version. MGH CONTRACT TO MANAGE OUR CLUBHOUSE11/7/2021
OPEN FILE TO READ ENTIRE CONTRACT
This November 2nd is the most important election in our township's history.
The outcome will decide if we spend tens of millions of dollars to build NEW government buildings. This will exhaust all of the proceeds from the Sewer sale and require additional borrowing. I have worked very hard to understand the issues in our community for the past three years and I have been, for the most part the only public oversight for a BoS that has attacked anyone who questions them. All you need do is read the vitriolic attacks by supporters of the current BoS. This is the community's last chance to change things because if elected I break the control of several groups that work in unison to control all activities and in particular the Reading Country Club. Recently, we have discovered that employees have been allowed to use the clubhouse for Wedding receptions, the golf organization controlled by Greg Galtere and David Speece have utilized the Clubhouse for their private golf tournaments. You the taxpayer are paying for the RCC almost for the exclusive use by a few. Please vote for me on November 2nd and I will put a stop to the abuse and misuse of public assets and implement policies to ensure transparency. YOU HAVE A CHOICE: STATUS QUO OR CHANGE NO TRANSPARENCY: Bartlett upset 9.13.2110/10/2021 My comments on the following: :00
