NEW DICTATOR, SAME METHODS: WHAT ARE THEY HIDING ABOUT THE RCC LOSS OF $500,000?

In my Opinion, As an Elected Supervisor of Exeter Township:

The RCC is budgeted to lose $500,000 this year. I want to understand why and find if if there is anyway to reduce this loss. This is only on operating income alone. Another approximately $900,000 in depreciation and debt service payments are in addition to this loss. 

I have questions, so I went up to the RCC to formerly introduce myself to the new Director of Golf on Sunday June 19th at approximately 4:30 pm. I was told he left at 3:30, ok, no problem, I asked for his phone number and the young man behind the counter provided it. I called the Director of golf and left a message asking him to call me at his convenience. The two letters above are the results of my attempts to get some questions answered and introduce myself to our new Director of Golf.
