3. Continuation of Discussion on Architect for Needs Analysis of Township Facilities @ 26:10
Following up on discussion and direction from May 26, 2020 meeting, Township Administration has solicited options for support of a bottoms up analysis of needs for fire, police, highway and administrative staff. Needs analysis and support for public discussions can be handled on an hourly basis.( around @ 37:40 Cusatis continues rude behavior)

4. Discussion on RFP Reviews for Township Solicitor @ 38:43
Administration is recommending that the BOS appoint 2 supervisors to work with the township manager to review and recommend the best path forward. Ms. Kircher &. Mr. Staub to follow up

1. Approve Final Reimbursement Agreement with Mt. Penn Borough Municipal Authority (MTBMA) This is related to the Butter Lane Culvert replacement project @ 1:05:32

Township staff will provide an overview of necessary repairs and other issue/items related to Community Park for discussion.

4. Authorize Advertisement of Telecommunication Design Manual @ 1:15:22 This Manual has been referenced in the Telecommunications language. It will provide guidelines and aid in the review process of futures antennas and equipment. The goal of this document is to require stealth technology.

5. Update on Community Communications Committee @ 1:16:24
Committee leadership will provide an update on Community Communications Committee status.
