Authorize to amend contract with Wolf Roffing in the amount of $94,000 for repair work on the Four Seasons Room at the RCC ( this is in addition to $120,000 approved on 9/9/19 fora total of $214,400, without any competing bids) @ 35:04

1.Adopt Resolution to approve 2020 minimum municipal obligations @ 39:32

2.Authorize proper officers to enter into equipment loan indemnification
agreement with Ron Wegman for Wagons for the Hayride: @ 40:43

3.Consider time extension for Laudeman Minor Subdivision @ 41:45

4. APPROVE WAIVER OF FIREWORKS PERMIT FEE FOR HOMETOWN HEROS EVENT, this is a 501(c)3 owned by the Chairperson of the board of supervisors and he is President of this Private Foundation, he failed to inform the board and the public of his position : @ 42:26

5. Adopt resolution authorizing agreement with PennDot for the TASA grant for the Perkiomen Avenue Project: @ 45:18

6.Adopt resolution delegating to the TOWNSHIP MANAGER the AUTHORITY to execute the necessary sanitary sewer easements @ 46:12

7.Approve extension of biosolids contract for disposal of sludge, grit and screenings @ 48:15

8.Authorize Landis mechanical Group to install 3/4 ton ductless split system air conditioner unit in the police department IT server room to COOL the servers ( listen as supervisor Biancone asks if it will also heat the room) @ 49:14
