Exeter Town hall meeting with my opinion of this costly project

 For over a year and a half we have known about this Promenade Project. No details and no idea of the final cost. Now they present it piece meal with this presentation of the proposed community center. This is a complete waste of taxpayer money. WHY? Because everything they want to do is redundant, they will compete with local Gyms, local Libraries, Local swimming pools and local colleges. It will cost us a fortune to run the programs they are suggesting, like adult education, indoor walking/ running tracks, olympic size pools, Audio visual center, child care, indoor basketball courts.....no no no this is not what our government should be doing!  They have no idea of the size or what they want in this building, we already have the Dunn Community center and this is underutilized.
