Exeter Supervisors settle RCC/JMH Lawsuit for $1.875 million.

It must be kept in mind, because it feels that we are too cavalier about this huge loss. This is taxpayer money, it represents about 15% of 2020 budget, also about equivalent to about the budgeted deficit of $1.8 million for 2020.

I hope everyone reflects on this cost to our taxpayers, this could have been avoided. I for one, want a clear explanation, step by step, how this happened, who is responsible? How could this have gotten so out of hand? We should not just take this quietly.....we need to demand answers and identify who is responsible for this costly mistake? Add the legal fees, the lost revenue .....I think we lost about $ 4 million. How do we lose $4 million, and not raise taxes? In fact they cut taxes with the homestead exemption by about $800,000? I say something is still not right here? We lost $4 million and our fearless leader claims the loss is minimal.....oh my god!

John Cusatis was on the board to start this fiasco, to take us down this path of tremendous financial loss. Such a waste of taxpayer funds. He 2nd the motion. Yet, he does not take responsibility. I will post some of his comments from Next-Door below.

Johnny Cash had a hit record called "Get Busy" we as a community need to "Get Angry" How much good, how much would that $4million could have contributed to our community? In so many ways!! What was it? Lack of leadership? Lack of experience? Immaturity? Greed? Hidden Agenda? Paying a township manager twice what any other manager in Pa. makes didn't help us in this mess? The other individual who is responsible for this resigned earlier this year.....we need to be watchful as the new supervisors move in...we need to keep that watchful eye at all times. Especially the crazy man John Cusatis, read how he dismisses the impact and waste of millions of dollars. HE is clueless.

The damage done by the boards since 2015 have devastated this township! This type of government does not work unless the public participants. If you have attended meetings and you have watched my opinions at exeterunited.com you see, feel and hear how this board of 2016 to 2019 have suppressed public inquiries and practiced intimidation so overtly that it amazes me still. More amazing is that few said anything, simply allowed this to sadly happened. This is one of the consequences. I don't understand why we put any faith in this 2019 board or the manager!!! HE has been a disaster. If he is here after the first meeting of the new board you know we will still have problems in our community.

Also, no current member of the board as chairmen, in fact we must insist no current board members should be sitting in that seat. IF there is...then we can have a situation where Lisa Vanderlaan and John Granger is still in charge. So, after the Jan. 6th meeting if John Granger is still employed by our township and either one of the two remaining board members is appointed chairperson we should be concerned that Lisa Vanderlaan and John Granger still control our township. We don't want that, we don't need that, even the appearance ....we do not want. Our three new supervisors need to send a clear message to our community.....positive change and no one from the old regime should be put into a position of control!!!!

1.875 million, JMH cost was over 2.6 million in repairs. Township will pay 1.875 million and the lawsuit is settled.

See here: Gloating over what he thinks is a loss for JMH. Have not seen the details yet but we pay $1.875 million plus we have over $1 million in legal fees add in loss of Revenue and estimate taxpayer costar about $4 million. But he is so happy...very sick bird.

John Carmello pleasure to finally meet you tonight in person. Yes it is now everyone’s responsibility to monitor the new board. Every penny will need to be watched going forward. Great progress this year and the Township is set up for the future. We can’t allow a bad board to squander the proceeds of the WWTP sale. Stay involved and Merry Christmas!

​This is my favorite: See what he says....this is called projecting, projecting his own inner self. Certainly past behavior and things he has done should be our concern as he is still on the board. He keep an open mind? I have never seen that in this very sick boy...his mind is as closed as someone with lockjaw. Diligent? The only diligence he exercises is intimidation. Prior history? We need to look at is prior history very closely. Lisa Vanderlaan caused this huge loss, we have video where the Cusadist claims Vanderlaan is his mentor.
