Early Release: Dec 14 BoS Opinion: Hear Mr Speece and Jen Savage explain why recycle fees increased over $322,000. Do you believe?

This is my opinion piece without the corresponding meeting video attached. I have a lengthy opinion regarding this last meeting since it is the last meeting of 2020. Also, we expose and discuss some obvious lies, showing you the true nature and character of our Finance Director and the Chairman of the Board David Speece Jr. and we show you the consequences of our Hwy supervisors decision to delay salting and plowing emergency routes during the Dec. 16th snow storm. Additionally, I will show you how this board is recklessly spending our large stash of reserve funds, they will not last more than 5 years and we will never again have such a large amount of cash. Mrs. Savage attempts to explain away over $20 million in deficit spending in 2019! 
$10 million in overfunded pension plans!!!
