BoS Sept. 14, 2020 MY OPINION ONLY!

This video is about My opinion concerning the Sept. 14 BoS meeting. As usual the boys club did their very best to do the lest amount of effort for our community. :02

They want to refinance the RCC debt once again. Compare this you refinancing your home mortgage over and over, even if you have no good reason to do so. Watch the meeting video and you will see not one supervisor has any questions concerning this refi. Are they experts or have all the answers? Of course not, not once was the nature of the 2015A bonds discussed, what type of bonds? Original purpose the bonds were issued? The current interest rate on the bonds?

The Finance director throws out a number claiming we will save $500,000. This is what they do, they make careless, unsubstantiated comments. Our finance director is a complete mess, without the proper experience or education to mange our finances.

The rates on these bonds are competitive today and if they pull the balloon payment excuse please don't buy that one either.

Our supervisors do not have the basic understanding of governing our community. All of them are in it for themselves! Note in this meeting they sidestep their responsibility for review and approval of zoning variances.

This is a board of misfits, and I predict they are and will continue to destroy our community. Once they have accomplished this they will just fade away and we will be left with the debacle.

They are prepping the whole situation to allow the school district to build the garage mahal and the fingers point to Staub, Galtere, Cusadist and Speece. After all the costs and issues previous monies spent to prevent the garage mahal, the new loaded zoning board will approve the variance. Why? Because we have a corrupt government with the "boys club". Speece, Staub and Galtere care only about the golf course and their personal objectives,

​Cusadist is busy looking in the mirror and telling himself how great he is, nurturing his deep seated narcissistic personality and scheming on ways to get his name in the public and garner the adulations that he requires constantly.

Woe is Exeter Township residents, I continue to reveal and warn you about these 4 cads.
